Job Title: Community-Based Social Work Professional
Job Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and compassionate social worker to join our team as a Community-Based Social Work Professional. As a member of our staff, you will provide critical support to children and families through our Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical mental health treatment to a caseload of 20 children/youth and their families.
- Collaborate with other CFTSS and Care Coordination providers through regular communication.
- Conduct crisis intervention as needed.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work or related field required.
- Experience working with diverse populations and strong cultural competence skills required.
