The Family Service Advocate will work collaboratively with clients, families, and service providers to develop and implement strategies that promote recovery, independence, and community integration.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as experience working with vulnerable populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote recovery, independence, and community integration.
- Conduct home visits and assessments.
- Provide linkages and referrals to community resources.
- Assist clients in navigating service systems.
