Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive mental health services to children, families, and adults, including evaluations, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy to address diverse mental health needs.
• Deliver services in a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive manner.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including care coordination providers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work required.
• LMSW, LCSW, or Limited Permit required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Prior experience diagnosing using DSM V and delivering behavioral/therapeutic interventions desired.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records required.
