DSP (Direct Support Professional)
Part-time / Full-time

Typical Responsibilities (tasks vary by client’s individual needs):
- Provide support in accordance with client’s Individual Support Plan
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Companionship
- Housekeeping
- Transportation
- Provide support to client to reach short and long-term goals
- Provide social supports
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must own a smartphone
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license
- CPR/First Aid/AED certified (within 90 days of hire)
- State required training and continuing education
- Reliable. Family Support Services, Inc. does not have a physical location, so all support is provided in the community and the client’s home.
