The Property Care Field Assistant is responsible for ensuring our vacation rental properties are maintained to the highest standards. This hybrid role combines housekeeping, property inspections, and basic maintenance tasks to prepare properties before guest check-ins and after check-outs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of properties, including all rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
- Conduct pre- and post-stay inspections to identify and address cleanliness or maintenance issues.
- Complete minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, and touch-up painting.
- Ensure all amenities and supplies are stocked and in excellent condition.
- Verify the functionality of property features, including appliances and electronics.
- Communicate property conditions, maintenance needs, and guest-related concerns to management.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in housekeeping, property management, or similar fields preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
