We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher who loves to work with Two Year old's to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. The teacher will be responsible for developing age-appropriate lesson plans, managing care routines for toddlers, and fostering positive relationships with students and their families.
*Duties*
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood education principles.
- Ensuring all care routines are managed Is diapers, feedings and nap routines in a way that supports each infant individually.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment.
- Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents on their progress.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day.
- Support children with special needs by adapting lessons and providing individualized attention as necessary.
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in child care or preschool settings is preferred.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Experience with group care routines with toddlers.
- Ability to educate and engage children effectively through creative teaching methods.
- Background in special education or childcare is a plus.
- Experience working with infants , toddlers or as a nanny is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A nurturing demeanor combined with patience and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.75 per hour
