CASE MANAGER

We are looking for committed, compassionate individuals to join our team in a variety of Case Management roles, bilingual skills highly preferred (Haitian Creole / Spanish). Positions are hybrid or onsite, located in Dorchester, Brookline, Jamaica Plain and West Newton. Qualifications (Requirements) : The successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree, BSW degree is preferred, with experience in social services. Demonstrated success in applying evidence-based practices including Trauma-Informed Care, critical time intervention and motivational interviewing. Professional experience with housing, schools, and hospital settings highly desired. Ability to work in both office and field-based settings with a diverse, homeless population. Flexibility and compassion essential. Work Schedule and Conditions : FamilyAid's headquarters is located at 3815 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02130. Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM-5 : 00 PM, 40 hours / week. Some evening / weekend availability is required, with the flexibility to best meet client and program needs.
