The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:
- Know and understand processes and accurately resolve and/or route calls to appropriate personnel
- Understand the different databases and how to navigate through them efficiently to best serve the constituent.
- Answer calls and requests in a timely manner.
- Complete data entry tasks as needed.
- Function as a Live Agent on Chat feature answering questions and concerns.
Experience and Skills:
- High school Diploma or GED
- 3 years of customer service experience
