GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Revise tickets and analyze changes as per our customers’ goals.
- Will keep their eyes on the ball and oversee, collect, and keep a tracking record of all pricing.
- Get the ball rolling with other departments and escalate server issues accordingly.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Strong computer skills & knowledge of Microsoft Suite Apps.
- The ability to work in a warehouse home team fast-paced environment, with a winning set of communication skills.
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours depending on the daily work volume.
- Have your game on to work a shift with overtime, as necessary (i.e., flexible hours & days)
- Familiarity with Professional Sports Leagues and Teams is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written bilingual communication skills.
- Basic math and computer skills are vital.
- Great organizational skills with a winning record of updating data accurately.
- Other responsibilities as required.
