The Sorter/Folder is a key player responsible for preparing the gear to be shipped to vendors per our customers' goals such as following the instructions (labels, tickets, price tags, and special handling). Must have a high sense of urgency to quickly respond to priority goals.

The Sorter/Folder is a key player responsible for preparing the gear to be shipped to vendors per our customers' goals such as following the instructions (labels, tickets, price tags, and special handling). Must have a high sense of urgency to quickly respond to priority goals.
General Duties & Responsibilities
- Processing and tagging garments per order specifications and customer goals.
- Follow detailed order instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to your Coach.
- Reaching to retrieve hangers & clips.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to work in a warehouse home team environment with a winning set of communication skills.
- Have your game on to work a shift with overtime, as necessary (i.e., flexible hours & days)
- Familiarity with Professional Sports Leagues and Teams is a plus.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours depending on the daily work volume.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Accurately sum up and record data.
- Safety & Quality Conscious.
- Other responsibilities as required.
