Slot Attendant

Summary: Provides casino player services to ensure their entertainment experiences exceed their expectation level.

Essential Job Functions:

· Assists with the payment of slot machine jackpot and ticket fills.

· Repairs minor slot machine malfunctions.

· Assists with making player’s cards.

· Notifies slot technicians when machine malfunctions require technical assistance.

· Responds to guest issues, concerns and complaints in a courteous manner consistent with guest service standards.

· Complies with all internal controls and procedures related to departmental operations.

· Solicits and processes new slot club members in to the slots rewards program.

· All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

· Must be 21 years of age or older

· Three to six months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Ability to communicate with Team members and guests

· Ability to be a TEAM player

· Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process

· Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays

· Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing

Physical and Mental Demands:

· Regularly required to walk, stand, see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.

· Frequently required to stoop and kneel.

· Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

· Ability to work in a noisy environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
