Faneuil is hiring Customer Service Representatives to work remotely in Bristol, CT! Representatives will be responsible for responding to inbound calls from members, assisting with health insurance inquiries and answering general questions regarding accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Providing efficient and effective service to customers
- Maintains sincere interest in providing stellar customer care
- Understands customer needs, determines the appropriate course of action to meet those needs and completes or initiates the transaction
- Ability to process information quickly and accurately
- Attention to detail-documentation and follow-up
Training Schedule: 8:00-4:30pm ET for 6 weeks, Monday-Friday
Training is paid! $15 per hour
Production Schedule: 8:00am-4:00pm ET Monday-Friday
Production Salary: $15 per hour
- 1 year customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High level of understanding and communication
- Ability to explain and break down complex issues
- Strong technical aptitude
- Proven critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in keyboarding/data entry
- Ability to work assigned shifts during the hours of operation
- Ability to attend 100% of the required weeks of training
