We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and the ability to create delicious and visually appealing dishes.
*Duties*
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen
- Plan and create menus that meet quality standards
- Ensure food preparation meets food safety regulations
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new dishes
*Experience*
- Proven experience working in a culinary role
- Knowledge of food handling, food management, and kitchen operations
- Strong supervisory skills
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Experience in fine dining or high-volume food service settings is a plus
- Invenotry, cost control and scheduling staff
