As a valued colleague on our Records and Management-Level Governance team, you will contribute to the organization’s record retention, destruction, and governance processes, and work with your team on overseeing the organization's activities. In this role, you will monitor record inventory data, conduct compliance testing, and work on special projects. You will participate in meetings with management-level business partners across the Enterprise to support the records and management-level governance processes.
We have one opening for this position and it can be worked on a Flex basis from our Washington, DC, Reston, VA or Plano, TX office.

The Records and Management-Level Governance Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities :
- Report on information to monitor and execute the change management of record inventory data.
- Support the team’s processes to develop, review and edit training and control activities.
- Monitor and report on the organization's activities to ensure that they are complying with policies and guidelines.
- Investigate actions or events that do not comply with the organization's policies and guidelines.
- Resolve compliance issues and report the result.
