K-12 School Design Expert
Fanning Howey is looking for an experienced Design Architect to join our team as a K-12 school design expert. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and vision, and developing and presenting design concepts to meet those needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for assigned projects
- Collaborate with design team members during the implementation of design
- Monitor project budget and schedule related to design efforts
- Direct and/or perform rendering of design ideas through drawings, illustrations or 3D renderings
Candidates for this role should have a strong understanding of architectural design principles and excellent communication skills. A bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field, along with five to fifteen years of experience in the design of K-12 schools, is preferred.
