**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor of Mentoring services to join our team. The Supervisor will oversee and support our team in providing high-quality care to our clients.
**Duties:**
- Provide supervision and guidance to team members working with clients
- Conduct new client intake , develop treatment plans, and monitor progress of mentors
- Implement evidence-based interventions such as behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy etc.
- Collaborate with partners to ensure comprehensive support is provide to our clients
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in achieving their goals
**Experience:**
- Proficiency in mental health counseling and behavioral health practices
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles and behavioral therapy techniques
- Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy and other applicable therapies
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
