Job Description
The Harvest Lab Intern will be exposed to learning opportunities that include:
- Maturity analysis
- Running basic harvest analysis (Brix, TA, pH, FSO2)
- Must and wine sampling
- Standardizing reagents
- Enzymatic analysis
- Data entry
The primary focus of this position is lab-centered, with opportunities to work in the cellar as needed.
