We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to join our team as an Intake Specialist. In this role, you will be vital in creating the first impression for clients reaching out to us, providing essential support and guidance throughout the call, while collecting sensitive details and information to assess determination of a case. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring an exceptional level of service and care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer empathetic and attentive support to clients, whether they are facing challenges or seeking information.
- Guide clients through our services with knowledge and understanding.
- Maintain a consistent and high-quality client experience.
- Utilize active listening and multi-tasking skills to collect and document information from calls for assessment.
- Keep case files up-to-date and manage daily updates.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of prior experience in customer service, account management or call center roles.
- Passion for helping others with a strong sense of empathy.
- Ability to interact with clients and colleagues with kindness and respect.
- Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in computer tasks, including data entry, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with call center CRM systems to document information preferred.
- High School Diploma Required. Two- or Four-Year Degree preferred.

Flexible Weekend shifts with 2 to choose from:
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:30 pm to 8:00 pm
- Onsite Professional Office Setting for both days
