Job Description
- Assist in the restoration of files\profiles and mailboxes using backup applications NetBackup, Avamar, Commvault
- Willing to work in Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores.
- Assist customers with file management, profile standards and e-mail organization
- Profile and permission structure knowledge
- Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment
Required Skills
HS / GED AND 15 years experience
Bachelors AND 10 years experience
