Position Title: Data Entry Associate

Primary Operational Objectives:
- The associate will perform a variety of data entry functions along with creating multiple spreadsheets for tracking field data pertaining to cloud seeding operations worldwide.
Essential Job Functions include:

Data Entry: Enters data pertaining to program operations into a database with high-level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
- Records Management: Maintains program operations records, ensuring all data is complete, accurate and compliant with internal archival process and procedures.

Reporting: Assist with creating spreadsheets, summary charts and reoccurring reports.
- Assist with the entry and verification of data used for client billing.
- Quality Control: Review data for errors and inconsistencies, correction discrepancies as needed to ensure accurate program records.
- Collaboration: Communicate with field personnel regarding project paperwork and reporting requirements.
- Compliance: Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping documents and other information confidential.

Monitoring: Awareness of ongoing field operations in anticipation of periods of increased workload.
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
- Provide administrative assistance to other WMI officers when called upon.
- Perform additional duties and tasks as required by the Company.
- Must be able to work hours as directed by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Experience using detailed mathematical spreadsheets.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to organize work, set priorities and provide proper follow-up.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities/fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant certification in office administration, or related field is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Forms preferred.
- Experience creating charts and reports preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing and pulling
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25lbs occasionally
