Job Description
Farha Roofing, a leader in commercial and residential roofing, is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Production Manager to oversee operations in our Orlando, FL market. This role requires a dynamic professional with 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, construction management, or a related field. The Production Manager will be responsible for managing crews, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining safety compliance while meeting deadlines and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily commercial roofing operations.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Schedule and supervise roofing and sheet metal crews.
- Conduct job site inspections and address any issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including job progress reports, budgets, and material usage.
- Work closely with building inspectors, clients, and sales representatives.
- Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating field personnel.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, production management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed.
