Key Responsibilities
- Engage in outside direct sales to build and maintain client relationships.
- Oversee project management for roofing jobs, ensuring top-quality service from start to finish.
- Maintain direct communication with customers throughout the claims and roofing process.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Collect payments and manage project budgets effectively.
Qualifications
- 5 years of sales and project management experience in commercial low-slope and residential roofing.
- Proven success in meeting sales goals and working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and comfort with technology (smartphone, basic computer skills).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb roofs as needed.
