- Experienced Sales Professionals – If you have experience in roofing or construction sales and a strong track record of closing deals, we want you on our team. You’ll hit the ground running with minimal training.
- Driven Sales People Looking to Break Into High-Ticket Sales – If you have sales experience in another industry (such as car sales, alarm systems, pest control, real estate, or property management) and are eager to transition into high-ticket outside sales, we’ll provide the training and resources you need to succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through door-to-door and outside sales activities.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, and insurance agents.
- Conduct roof and property inspections.
- Present and sell company products and services.
- Maintain records of sales activities and progress.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth project execution.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to climb ladders and access rooftops.
- Ability to lift heavy items.
- Work in various temperatures and outdoor conditions.
- Able to travel between job sites.
Schedule:
Our schedule for this position is flexible-hybrid and will be discussed during the interview process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
