Weaving Department Support\
As a Mill Operator at the Faribault Mill, you will play a vital role in supporting our weaving department. Your primary responsibilities will include adjusting equipment based on design and production needs, working with various sizes of small yarns and moving parts, and learning to work the looms without additional support or supervision. You will also perform work independently while being willing to support a team, manage daily and weekly production numbers, and take direction on workload and projects to be completed.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong attention to detail, natural curiosity, and a drive for accuracy. You should be able to follow technical specifications and work orders, and possess organizational skills, a self-starter mentality, and the ability to prioritize effectively. Additionally, you must be able to work 40 hours per week, be on your feet and work with your hands for 10 hour shifts, and lift 35-50 pounds from the floor to waist high level.
