Position Overview :
Client Services Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, current clients, and non-client callers. Your role is critical in ensuring a positive client experience by providing exceptional customer service and assisting callers with their needs. You will be responsible for gathering information, analyzing situations, and determining the appropriate next steps, while making a great first and lasting impression.
