Responsibilities
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring and evaluation of staff with the Psychotherapy Manager and Director of Clinical Services.
- Orient, train, supervise and assign specific clinical and administrative responsibilities and duties to staff.
- Participate in the planning, implementation and evaluation of client care.
- Monitor necessary referrals, both internal and external, and implement strategies to increase referrals as needed.
- Develop and enhance the use of co-occurring programming in an integrated fashion working with multidisciplinary treatment team members to ensure the treatment addresses the client goals related to both substance use and mental illness.
- Review and sign off on clinical documentation completed by mental health practitioners working in the Intake Department.
- Monitor and coordinate intern program with Intake department as well as caseloads for interns that assume clinical employment at ZVHC post internship.
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to the agency Intake team.
- Complete Diagnostic Assessments/Comprehensive Evaluations as necessary to support program requirements.
- Maintain a clinical caseload, as needed, to support the department.
- Respond to complaints from clients, parents, guardians, or other parties in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Requirements and Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling.
- Independent professional licensure in the State of Minnesota (LP, LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW)
- Must qualify as a Mental Health Professional as defined in 245i.
- Three years of postgraduate experience in a youth mental health setting.
- One year or more experience in supervision preferred.
- Demonstration ability in establishing and meeting priorities and goals.

Pay: $36.44 - $45.54 per hour. Compensation is based on years of experience.
