What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Orthodontic Office Front Desk/Financial Coordinator position at Farley Orthodontics?
Highly-detailed and highly-organized candidate needed for our growing, family-friendly orthodontic practice. Candidate will be overseeing all aspects of practice business including: patient scheduling and follow-up; financial tasks and follow-up; insurance submission and tracking; and practice related projects. Our practice size is small, and our staff is like family.
Skills needed:
- Outstanding customer service skills in greeting and relating to patients, and resolving patient concerns quickly
- Strong leadership in taking charge to resolve situations and make improvements in a timely manner for the patients and the practice
- Proactive communication skills to meet with families in consultations
- Comfort with discussing financial manners professionally
- Completing daily and weekly tasks on time
- Experience in Microsoft Office (word, outlook email) required
- Previous office experience required
Office hours 4 days per week, with NO weekends. The schedule during training will differ from the post-training schedule. Approximately 34-35 hours per week. Salary negotiable based on experience and skill set. Dental office experience is required. Training will be provided for qualified candidates.
