We are recruiting a Front of House Busser. We feature a newer high-scale 125-seat restaurant, private room dining, and a formal event hall that can accommodate up to 400 guests and are currently implementing plans for additional growth in Puyallup, Washington.

Steward Job Responsibilities
- Arrive at work on time.
- Ensure careful handling of all company property. Minimize breakage.
- Take out garbage and recycle as needed. Keep the garbage bay clean and odor-free.
- Break down boxes and dispose of them in a recycle container.
- Ensure the dish area is safe from a potential accident such as mopping spills.
- Assist Back of House staff when necessary.
- Complete daily checklists.
- Assist in putting away orders or other duties as assigned by the Chef on duty.
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Clean walls and floors, and perform other cleaning projects as assigned by Chef on duty.
- Set up and break down the dish area.
- Keep the dish area clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Wash all dishes in the dish pit.
- Read, understand, and follow the Employee Handbook, Training Guide, and Specific Departmental Position Policy Procedures Manual including POS operations.
- Has a passion for keeping things clean and organized.
- Is a minimum of 18 years old and reliable.
- Is self-motivated, can work well under pressure, and can multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Can be flexible in his/her work schedule (including weekend/holiday availability).
- Has a Washington State Food Handlers Permit.
- Can focus on the job while staying on their feet and moving about freely, which can include bending, climbing stairs, and carrying heavy items.
- Pay range: $16-$18.00 per hour.
- Daily tips are included in the hourly rate of pay.
