This role executes prompt, accurate, and effective processing of insurance policy updates, billing, scheduling, and client requests.
Responsibilities:
- Quickly and accurately resolve client requests and questions.
- Provide effective management of scheduling, task follow up, and completion
- Manage billing accounts and client questions with a high level of accuracy
- Proactively identify client needs, general policy maintenance, and proper documentation requirements
Qualifying strengths:
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Advanced customer service abilities
- Friendly and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in providing exceptional service to our clients and customers
- The ability to assess and solve problems quickly and effectively
- Self-motivated with independent work habits
- The ability to recognize and prioritize tasks without direct supervision
- Proficient in general computer applications
