Receptionist / Client Support Representative

The position will start in a Receptionist/Support role while training on our systems and learning the financial services and insurance industry. After a comprehensive training period, the job can grow and evolve as far as you want to go! Choose to excel and move up the customer service side or migrate to a back-office support role. Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to prioritize daily tasks are crucial. Additionally, excellent communication and client service skills are a must.

Job Qualifications:

· Must be licensed and fingerprinted within 120 days (Farm Bureau pays these costs )

· Microsoft Office products experience and knowledge along with being technologically savvy and able to learn new programs

· Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

· Able to assess, prioritize, and respond quickly and professionally to clients

· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

· Ability to communicate professionally (verbal and written); empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities

· Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems and maintain confidentiality

Job Details:

Compensation: Pay range of $14-$16 per hour, with an immediate $1/hour increase upon licensing

Potential performance based bonus

1 Full-time ~40 hours per week
