Skills:
- Licensed or Willing to Learn – Hold (or be ready to obtain within 60 days) Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
- Sales Savvy – Previous experience in sales, especially in insurance, is a bonus.
- Relationship Builder – Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
