What You'll Do: In this role you will oversee state recruiting and development of Agents and Agency Managers as well as drive the development of goals and strategies through the state by coordinating sales meetings, and monitoring agent performance through metrics, coaching and analysis. In addition, you will also prepare departmental communications, travel arranges and expense reports while also monitoring budgets and action plans.

What It Takes To Join Our Team
- College degree or equivalent plus seven years relevant sales recruiting experience required. Experience with project management or managing sales process preferred.
- Experience Coordinating and tracking sales promotion email to our field leaders and agents.
- Experience with event and meeting planning.
- Licensed in all product lines preferred. FINRA Registered Representative and Principal, Series 6, 26 & 63 preferred
- Must possess excellent leadership, oral and written communication, planning and decision making
- Strong problem solving, motivation, and marketing skills preferred.
- Some travel required
