What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate position at Farm Bureau Insurance?
As a service assistant you will be responsible for helping clients with their insurance needs. You will handle payments, policy changes, phone calls, and in person appointments. This is a service based position.
You must be able to obtain or already posses your property and casualty licenses. There are opportunities to help our clients obtain additional coverages. This will allow you the ability to earn commissions on top of your hourly rate.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday 9-5.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Retail Associates & Cashiers: 1 year (Preferred)
- Insurance sales: 1 year (Preferred)
