Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to outside sales and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. We are in need of 1 agent for each county office of Hernando,Citrus and Sumter
Duties
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of various insurance products and services.
- Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and telemarketing efforts.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to meet client needs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients regarding their insurance coverage and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the sales administration system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive products to effectively position offerings.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards client needs.
- Experience in benefits administration is a plus.
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing client accounts and documentation.
