JOB SUMMARY : Farm Credit Financial Partners is seeking a dynamic and strategic EVP / VP, Engineering & Delivery to lead and oversee our Project Management, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Engineering, Development Operations, Resource Management, and Environmental Management functions. This executive leader will play a critical role in driving the development, execution, and continuous improvement of technology solutions that support our mission to provide innovative financial services to the Farm Credit System.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Participate in the development of and lead the execution of the technology strategy in alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure technology solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility.
