JOB SUMMARY : Farm Credit Financial Partners is seeking a dynamic and strategic EVP / VP, Engineering & Delivery to lead and oversee our Project Management, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Engineering, Development Operations, Resource Management, and Environmental Management functions. This executive leader will play a critical role in driving the development, execution, and continuous improvement of technology solutions that support our mission to provide innovative financial services to the Farm Credit System.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Strategic Leadership & Execution
Participate in the development of and lead the execution of the technology strategy in alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure technology solutions.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility.
Project & Resource Management
Oversee project management functions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure accountability and transparency in project execution.
Quality Assurance & Business Analysis
Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure product reliability, security, and compliance.
Lead business analysis initiatives to capture requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive stakeholder alignment.
Implement testing automation, continuous integration, and deployment strategies to enhance software delivery.
Development Operations & Environmental Management
Drive DevOps practices, ensuring smooth and efficient software development lifecycles.
Execute strategy around cloud and infrastructure management to support scalability, performance, and security.
Implement and oversee environmental management strategies to enhance sustainability within IT operations.

QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience.
15 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in an executive or senior leadership capacity.
Proven track record of leading large-scale technology initiatives within the financial services or related industries.
Strong expertise in software development technologies (Agile and Waterfall methodologies), DevOps, cloud computing, and IT governance.
Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and financial services technology solutions is a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT : Typical noise levels for an open, cubicle-styled environment.
P HYSICAL DEMANDS : This position requires periods of standing, walking, and the use of computer equipment. Additional physical demands include, but may not be limited to, talking or hearing, push / pull, stooping, kneeling, reaching w / hands and arms, and lifting at least 10 pounds.
