Job Summary
In response to the exciting growth within the Associations, we are adding an HR Generalist who will support various functions including employee relations, HR compliance, policies and procedures, workforce planning and talent management, and manage leave and accommodations administration. The successful candidate will be passionate about the teammate experience, solutions oriented and know how to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and compliance including leave management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
General HR Support :
- Analyzes trends and recommends solutions to address HR related issues and needs.
- Maintains HR programs and procedures as assigned.
- Provide support for employee relations and disciplinary processes
- Support FTE budgeting process, job description creation and workflow, and organizational design related work.
