Job Summary
We are seeking a Software Systems Engineer to be responsible for the design, configuration, monitoring and ongoing support of Microsoft 365 (M365) platform. This will include engineering, deployment, and maintenance of M365 services and their associated systems, ensuring optimal performance, seamless integration, and adherence to security and compliance standards. This position will work within the Tech Engineering team as a hands-on technical expert and make sure M365 collaboration tools are running smoothly, securely, and help teams work more efficiently.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Design, manage, and support M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Monitor and maintain system health, security compliance, and service availability across M365 workloads.
- Proficient with email security protocols and best practices.
- Manage our email security platform, mail flow infrastructure.
- Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and deliver timely resolutions.
- Stay updated on Microsoft roadmap changes and evaluate their potential business impact.
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or similar relevant technical field or equivalent experience
Years of Experience
- 5 years relevant experience in implementing, configuring, automating, and monitoring enterprise systems preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with M365 security and compliance.
- Experience in supporting hybrid mail environments and mail routing/security.
- Experience in Power Platform development and/or Copilot M365.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra preferred.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Salary : $101,020 - $156,620
