Job Description :

Strong writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign).

Responsibilities :

• Content Creation : Develop engaging and informative content for various platforms, including website articles, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, marketing collateral, and internal communications. This includes copyright and basic graphic design.
• Media Relations : Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media contacts. Support press release distribution, media outreach, and tracking of media coverage.
• Social Media Management : Create and schedule social media content, monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and track social media performance.
• Email Marketing : Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, email design, and performance tracking.
• Marketing Materials Management : Manage inventory of marketing materials, coordinate print orders, and ensure availability of necessary resources.
• Invoice Processing : Process invoices related to marketing and communication activities, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Graphic Design : Create basic marketing materials, such as social media graphics, flyers, and brochures, using design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
• Website Updates : Assist with website content updates and basic maintenance.
• Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support to the marketing and communications team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing files.

Skill Requirements :

Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Go High Level) is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Strong graphic design and copywriting skills are preferred. Interest in agriculture is a plus.
