Job Summary

Due to our continued growth, we are excited to build on our already strong team.We are seeking an HR Coordinator who will provide coordination and support for HR communication, processes, plans, meetings and expenses. Will manage HR communication for incoming and outgoing messaging as well as teammate resources including offices and the intranet. Will be asked to monitor and provide improvements to the teammate and leader experience of HR communication.

Additionally, this role will offer administrative support to the HR team by assisting with HR process documentation, updating and managing the HR manual, and ensuring compliance with employee file management. The position also contributes to the development of Human Capital and HR plans. It provides support in preparing meeting materials for Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board of Directors meetings, including the creation of slide decks and other relevant materials. The role is responsible for coordinating HR team events and activities, monitoring expenses and office supplies, and managing HR vendors and the HR budget.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage the documentation of HR processes, HR manual and employee files. Coordinate maintaining documentation of HR processes and HR guidance for laws & regulations.
  • Support the creation of HR materials for ELT and Boards of Directors' meetings and coordinate HR team events. Support the prep of HR materials for Human Capital Committees and other Board meetings.
  • Support the creation of Human Capital and HR plans. Coordinate the creation of the Human Capital Plan and the Human Capital ERM plan. Coordinate the creation of the HR Business Plan, HR Business Continuity Plan and any additional team plans. Support ongoing maintenance and communication of plans.
  • Monitor HR expenses and manage the HR budget. Coordinate the annual HR budget process. Monitor HR expenses, process invoices and respond to budget reviews.
Education Requirements
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree Human Resources or related Business field
Years of Experience
  • 2 years of experience Human Resources support, administrative experience, and/or a related support role in a corporate environment.
