Trainer Job Description:
Growing boarding facility is looking for equestrian trainers and riding instructors to join our new WNC team at Davis Ranch! All disciplines welcome and supported!
Strong need for western and performance disciplines!
Growing infrastructure in place including available pastures, run-ins, and stalls - competition size outdoor arenas, round pens, various levels of trails, jump courses, obstacles, dressage ring! Exciting shows and clinics scheduled for 2024 & 2025!
Trainers must provide own horses - possibilty of leasing other trainer horses when available.
Top quality hay and feed program available with excellent farrier and equine health support. Three locations: Leicester, Mills River and Fletcher/Hendersonville.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized training programs tailored to the needs and goals of each client.
- Demonstrate proper techniques and form to ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively.
- Provide motivation, support, and feedback to clients to help them achieve their fitness objectives.
- Monitor client progress, adjust training plans as needed, and track performance improvements.
- Ensure a safe and positive training environment for all participants.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors effectively.
Requirements:
- Ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds and age groups.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit individual needs.
