RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including product/service offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
- Data Collection: Gather data through surveys, interviews, online research, and other data sources to create a comprehensive database for analysis.
- Data Analysis: Utilize statistical analysis tools and software to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Report Generation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings, complete with data visualizations and recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.
- Stay Informed: Continuously stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in market research to ensure the company's competitive edge.
PREFERRED EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in market research or a related role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPSS, Excel, or similar software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of market research methodologies and techniques.
