POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Representative II is responsible for retaining and growing revenue by providing an outstanding customer experience through proactive account maintenance, order entry accuracy, and problem resolution to assigned mid-level customer book of business consisting of up to 400 accounts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete new account set-up, perform account maintenance for existing customers, update and verify customer information for order accuracy.
- Monitor and manage current assigned customer for order frequency, account balance and general maintenance.
- Call customer base to generate new and repeat sales for assigned accounts by providing product and technical information in a timely manner. Recommend solutions to meet customer expectation.
- Enter and verify orders for accuracy that are received via phone, email, and fax from assigned customer base.
- Offer suggestive sales of products, programs and promotions to increase sales
- Participate and assist with various department projects (i.e. surveys, sales blitz, lead generation, etc.).
- Maintain Customer satisfaction through timely follow-up using clear and professional verbal and written communication.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and treat both internal and external customers with courtesy and respect at all times.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
