In this role you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective hourly team members. Additionally, you will coordinate local hiring activity to include on- and off-site job fairs.
Job Duties
- Remain closely align with HR Managers at each plant to understand production hiring needs
- Create and track open positions and candidates using Workday
- Drive efforts to move all hiring processed into Workday and away from paper, to include guiding candidates on how to apply electronically
- Use various recruiting strategies and resources to attract candidates with innovative spirits to our diverse culture
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
- Conduct initial screenings from both online and paper applications to assess to which plant and shift qualified candidates are directed for interviews
- Develop networking opportunities and participate at job fairs
- Ensure Farmer Focus is a visible presence in the local community to attract candidates
What you bring to the Role
- Spanish Bilingual abilities
- Ability to be flexible and work independently
- 3-5 years of experience recruiting
- Experience driving candidate flow through the use of the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, and conducting job fairs
- Experience managing candidates through applicant tracking systems
- Good communication skills and excellent relationship-building skills
- Works well with others in a diverse environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products
- Strong organization and time management skills
