• We are searching for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals who are eager to build their own business by helping clients plan for expected and unexpected life events with personalized insurance solutions. This role typically includes a base salary, plus commission and can lead to agency ownership for those interested. The average Protege agent typically makes $50,000 to $60,000 in the first year with an opportunity for growth thereafter. (Pay structure is determined by the agent)

• Primarily, this position is suited for individuals seeking a sales-oriented role, as sales activities constitute 80% of the daily responsibilities.

• Requirements :
• Possession of a Property & Casualty Insurance license is mandatory (or willingness to obtain one).
• Possession of a Life & Health Insurance license is mandatory (or willingness to obtain one).
• Demonstrated success in sales, especially in insurance sales, is beneficial.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must have effective organizational and time management skills, adept at handling multiple tasks concurrently.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other pertinent software tools.
• Dedicated to ongoing learning and professional growth.
