- We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Producer to join our team! This is not a remote position. Must work onsite. You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. Opportunity to become an agency manager. Must have at least 1 year of insurance agency experience selling insurance.
- Responsibilities :
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
- Must meet monthly quotas to obtain bonuses
- Qualifications :
- At least 1 year Insurance agency experience is required
- Being bilingual is a plus
- Insurance sales experience
- P & C license is a must.
- Expected hours : 40 per week
