Job Summary
The Treasury Management Services (TMS) Lead is responsible for providing a high-level of client support via phone with back office knowledge of all Treasury Management products and services, including fulfillment and support areas. The TMS Lead demonstrates strong leadership and assists consumer and business clients with TM services including but not limited to Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, and Positive Pay. The TMS Lead is responsible for possessing the in-depth knowledge required to support the set-up, implementation, training, and on-going maintenance of TM service of new and existing clients. The TMS Lead will be the first point of contact for inquiry and Tier 1 escalation request from Treasury Management Services (TMS) Fulfillment, TMS Support and internal business partners (e.g., Branch, Call Center, etc.). In addition, the TMS Lead will also be responsible for assisting TMS Management, TMS Product Manager, and TMS Sales Support Associate as directed.
Essential Duties
Provide a premier level of support for all areas within the Treasury Management department, including products & services, oversight management of CRM Events and supporting TMS Support and Branch requests.
Serve as resident expert by possessing a strong working knowledge of all cash management products and services, including cash management setup and back office/client facing system functionalities.
Serves as first point of contact for Treasury Management related inquiry and Tier 1 escalation request from TMS Fulfillment, TM Support and Internal business partners (e.g., Branch, Call Center, etc.).
Oversee client’s on-boarding and maintaining new client relationships through the various department administrative systems to ensure a positive client experience.
Support TMS Product Manager and TM Sales Support Associate in helping to conduct new product implementation and training to internal staff and external clients, including training on products and services, developing client facing marketing slicks, how-to guides, and videos.
Support fulfillment and quality control of submitted applications and documentation.
Participate in TMS projects, including but not limited to upgrades, releases, and enhancements.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, the ability to take a lead role on projects and an aptitude for using technology to automate processes when beneficial.
Work with TMS Product Manager to communicate issues to Online Banking vendors.
Assist TMS Management in training and ensuring daily processes are completed timely and accurately.
Troubleshoot wide-range issues, identifying and mitigating risks, with little or no supervision while keeping management informed.
Utilize strong knowledge of Bank and TM products, internal policies and procedures to professionally respond to client and branch inquiries.
Contribute to efficiency of workflow by identifying and communicating to TMS Management improvements to optimize success. Responsible for the oversight and efficiency of enhancing departmental processes and procedures, including but not limited to:
o Add, Delete and Modify users utilizing the administrative systems
o New enrollment requests for Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture and Cash Management services
o Service event requests through Bank specified software
o Branch referrals through Bank specified software
Assess; troubleshoot and/or resolve technical issues with ACH, RDC and Wire transfers with little or no supervision.
Support Monthly Certification of Online Banking G.L. account and monthly Cash Manager billing file to Accounting and Finance. Perform other duties/projects as assigned by CMS Management
Complies with all State and Federal Banking regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: BSA, Anti-Money Laundering OFAC, CIP, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, Sexual Harassment, Information Security and privacy requirements. This position will elevate suspicious activity to supervisory staff and/or BSA department. Completes compliance and other technical training workshops as assigned.

Preferred candidate will have three years of Treasury Management experience; preferably in Treasury Management Fulfillment
