Job Summary
The Treasury Management Implementation Coordinator (TMIC) is the liaison between the branches/concierge team, Treasury Management Sales (TM Sales), and Treasury Management Services (TMS). The TM IC is responsible for supporting and coordinating the onboarding of Treasury Management related solutions to business clients. Products and services under the Treasury Management umbrella include but not limited to Online Banking, Wire, ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Fraud Prevention Services (e.g., Positive Pay), SFTP, and Bill Pay. The TMIC will help support the creation of request for proposal (RFP), sales proforma, prepares client presentations, and provides technical support during the implementation process.
Essential Duties
- Coordinates and collaborates with TMS Fulfillment and TMS Support to ensure a smooth on-boarding and support of new/existing clients and services
- Provides client and branch training on products and services, including assisting with developing and updating client facing marketing slicks, how-to guides, and videos
- Support with the creation of sales proposals to propose appropriate TM products and services
- Support the branches/concierge team/TMS Sales with annual relationship review to ensure TM products and services are meeting client’s needs
- Work with the L&D Department to help educate the branches/concierge on the various Treasury Management product offering through the use of in-person training and/or webinars
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned by TMS Management
Complies with all State and Federal Banking regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: BSA, Anti-Money Laundering OFAC, CIP, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, Sexual Harassment, Information Security and privacy requirements. This position will elevate suspicious activity to supervisory staff and/or BSA department. Completes compliance and other technical training workshops as assigned.

Officer Title Eligibility
For qualified positions, the Bank may designate Officer Titles to employees who meet defined competencies for an eligible position. This position is not eligible for an Officer Title.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred but not required
- Preferred candidate must have three (3) years of relevant Treasury Management product knowledge, operations, and sales training
