LOAN OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Farmers Bank & Trust is in search of a dedicated Loan Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing loan submissions to ensure compliance with bank policies and legal requirements and will verify that proper documentation has been received.
Responsibilities and Duties would include:
- * Reviews all loan packets for accuracy prior to providing loan documents.
- * Prepares loan documents through LaserPro, DocMagic, and Microsoft Word
- * Manages 3rd Party Escrows.
- * Manages Letter of Credit file.
- * Manages UCC continuations
- * Manages flood insurance tickler processing and force places flood as needed.
- * Processes out of state mortgage releases through NTC program.
- * Review all loan documents for accuracy, signatures, and appropriate exceptions/ticklers through post-closing.
- * Boards new loans, renewals, extensions and modifications to core processor.
Qualifications would include:
- * Two-year college degree; one to three years previous loan administration, general banking experience; or equivalent combination of education and training.
- * Strong attention to detail is a must.
