What are the responsibilities and job description for the Location Manager position at Farmers Cooperative Elevator Company?
· Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Cottonwood MN facility.
· Weighing and grading of in-bound and outbound grain using both computer and manual tools to measure the grain and record it.
· Supervise, lead, and develop assigned full-time and part-time elevator employees
· Unloading trucks and railcars, use of approved tools/method(s) to open the door on a truck or trailer to allow the grain out.
· Operation and preventative maintenance of a variety of equipment associated with day-to-day operation of a grain handling facility, including but not limited to front end loaders, tractors, augers etc.
· Housekeeping of grain elevator and grounds, general maintenance of equipment using appropriate tools/methods to conform to company expectations.
· Maintaining all records and paperwork.
· Must work in confined space areas with respiratory and fall protection as required.
· Provides professional Customer Service
· All other duties as assigned by management.
· Able to handle a demanding schedule including long shifts and extended hours.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
